Understandably, there are a lot of wedding resources and directories online already.  What we aim to do is to connect our suppliers and users together in a seamless fashion.  OneLifeOneMoment.com will only show quality businesses so you can have a quality wedding.  You might ask yourself – how can we ensure that we are showing quality businesses?

Well, this is where we would need your help.  As an end user, you know and would (possibly already) experience how these businesses have dealt with you.  On each of their pages you can put a comment, compliment or share your experiences online so other users will learn what they are like.  There is a rating system where you can rate them on their services.  Quite simply the better the service the better their rating.

On the other hand, businesses can also comment back on their experience with you.  If there is a negative comment from a user – the business can explain the reason why and will also have the chance to rate you as a user.  The two-way feedback will ensure that honest businesses are not taken advantage of and the point is – for users to experience the best customer service there is.
